Richiesta di appello per il processo “Bialystok”

Riceviamo e diffondiamo:

RICHIESTA DI APPELLO PER IL PROCESSO “BIALYSTOK”

Nelle ultime settimane sono state notificate ax imputatx del processo “Bialystok” le richieste di appello alla sentenza di primo grado presentate dall’accusa. Sostanzialmente il pubblico ministero Dall’Olio prova a riproporre lo stesso impianto accusatorio dopo aver fatto un vistoso buco nell’acqua col il processo di primo grado che non ha visto riconoscere le accuse associative (art. 270bis e 416 in subordine), di attentato (art. 280), di istigazione (art. 302 e 414 cp), e di incendio. In risposta le difese hanno presentato a loro volta richiesta di appello.

È evidente l’intenzione della controparte di tenere in vita il più possibile un procedimento che cerca di provare la pericolosità dei rapporti di solidarietà tra anarchicx, e nello specifico la possibilità di Alfredo Cospito di “influenzare” l’anarchismo d’azione all’esterno del carcere attraverso scritti e lettere.

L’udienza è stata fissata per il giorno 30 Maggio. Seguiranno aggiornamenti.

Approfittiamo per rinnovare la nostra solidarietà e vicinanza ad Alfredo nel 164° giorno del suo sciopero della fame contro il regime di 41bis e l’ergastolo ostativo, a Zac arrestato il 28 Marzo con l’accusa di associazione terroristica e attentato, ad Anna, Juan, Davide, Davyd, Stefano, a Rupert e Poza recentemente ricondotti in carcere in regime di semilibertà a seguito della sentenza definita del processo “Renata”, e a tuttx x prigionierx anarchicx e rivoluzionarx rinchiusx nelle galere del mondo.
