Il 1º luglio 2026 è stato reso noto l’esito dell’udienza del 12 giugno scorso. Il Tribunale di Sorveglianza di Roma ha rigettato il ricorso presentato dal difensore di Alfredo contro la decisione del Ministero della Giustizia di rinnovare per altri due anni il 41-bis. Non appena in possesso della documentazione seguiranno aggiornamenti.
Fuori Alfredo Cospito dal 41-bis.
Fuori dal 41-bis i prigionieri rivoluzionari.

[en] Revolutionary anarchist Alfredo Cospito remains under 41-bis prison regime, defense appeal rejected (Italy)

On July 1st, 2026, the outcome of the June 12th hearing has been announced. The Supervisory Court of Rome rejected the appeal filed by Alfredo’s lawyer against the Ministry of Justice’s decision to renew 41-bis prison regime towards him for another two years. Updates will follow as soon as the documentation is available.
Get Alfredo out of 41-bis.
Get the revolutionary prisoners out of 41-bis.
