Giovedì 9 aprile Kam, una compagna francese che ha vissuto e lottato molti anni in Italia, è stata fermata e portata in Gendarmerie a Romans, nel dipartimento della Drome, dove abita. Il giorno successivo a Grenoble, il procuratore le ha notificato un mandato di arresto internazionale (MAE) emesso dall’ Italia.
Nonostante le garanzie presentate dall’avvocato è stato confermato il suo arresto e Kam è stata trasferita nel carcere di Lyon Corbas, dove rimarrà almeno fino alla prossima udienza prevista il 30 aprile alle ore 11 presso la Corte d’appello di Grenoble. In quell’occasione si deciderà la validità del MAE, la sua applicazione e l’eventuale rimpatrio in Italia, oltre che la possibile scarcerazione con l’applicazione del braccialetto elettronico per tutta la durata della procedura, richiesta già presentata dall’avvocato e dal PM.
La prima udienza si era svolta giovedì 16 aprile rinviata appunto al 30 aprile per mancata traduzione del MAE.
